Reduce By reducing waste size into smaller pieces can make the material more manageable to handle and to transport.  For instance, whole scrap tires can consume a lot of trailer space, whereas a trailer load of shredded tires can get trailers closer to full weight capacity…fewer trips.  White goods, wood pallets, mattresses, bulky items and C&D waste can also be reduced in size, helping sites increase on their landfill density.

Reuse The ability to pull materials, with value, out of the typical waste stream will allow them to be reused.  Our process encourages landfill owner/operators to keep separate, asphalt shingles, which can be shredded into smaller pieces for extracting the liquid asphalt and other components for reuse in hot mix asphalt road paving.

Recycle Our machine can easily remove ferrous metals with the attached magnet.  Our process also gives us the opportunity to separate out other metals and materials with value for recycling purposes.

Reclaim Our innovative process for reclaiming landfill airspace includes excavating, sorting and separating waste materials, materials with value and daily cover soils.  Waste materials can be size reduced and put back into the landfill for an accelerated decomposition process.  Materials with value will be sold, moved to off-site markets for reuse and recycling purposes, or reused onsite for future construction projects.  Daily cover soils can be reclaimed and reused as part of the ongoing landfill operations.

REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE, RECLAIM.
